Marching Band Families,
We are just over 3 months from the band’s trip to Florida. Here are a few answers for you regarding the trip.
The top question right now is “What is the final cost of the trip?” This will depend on the final number of travelers which will continue to fluctuate some between now and the end of October.
October 28th is the last day to cancel with a partial refund. If you or your band member are currently signed up but are not planning on going, please let me know ASAP and take care of this with the travel company. There may be others who want your seat on the bus.
If you or your band member are not currently enrolled in the trip and are interested, send me an email right away. If there is still room, we need to get you on the roster. If there’s not, we will put you on a waiting list.
We are currently hovering between 2 and 3 buses. The cost for a quad room can fluctuate between $1128-$1280 depending on how many passengers we have. This will be finalized at the end of October.
