LHS Band Registration

Band Families:

It is about time to begin registering to participate in the LHS band for the 2021-2022 school year!

Step 1

Next we will need the following forms filled out digitally:

Student Information Form

Adult Volunteer Form (multiple forms may be filled out for each parent/adult volunteer)

Step 2

We need an emergency medical form for your child.

Here are your options:

  1. Print, fill out, and turn it in the next time you are in the band room.
  2. Print, fill out, and email it to Mr. Factor.
  3. Pick up a hard copy the next time you are in the band room.

Step 3

Review the Marching Band Fees and submit your first payment sometime in June.

Step 4

Take a look at our band calendar and put our rehearsals and performances on your calendar. If there are any scheduling conflicts with performances, email Mr. Factor right away.

Beginning of June: Virtual assignments & Individual Practice in the Band Room as needed
Middle of June: Optional Sectionals
July: Small Group Rehearsals – TBA
July 26-August 6: Rehearsals/Band Camp at Thomas Ewing (times TBD)
