Adult Volunteer Form (multiple forms may be filled out for each parent/adult volunteer)

This form will need to be printed, filled out, and returned to the HS band office by April 18:

Review the Marching Band Fees and submit your first payment by June 1.

Marching Band Fee Description

The only additional fee would be the purchase of a summer uniform. These are purchased in the summer at the “Summer Uniform Sale.” More information regarding summer uniforms will be distributed at a later time. If you have any questions, please contact Debbi Hoagland.


The marching band calendar (rehearsals & performances) will be available by April 5. Once available, take a look at the dates and put all rehearsals and performances on your personal calendar.

You can download a one-page event calendar by clicking here. This is a quick way to reference our big events, but remember that it is always subject to change so be sure to subscribe to our Google calendar if possible.

Registration Timeline and Deadlines

April 5 – Parent Meeting. Summer & fall calendar will be released.

April 18 – All forms are due.

May 1 – Review the summer & fall calendar. Report any expected absences on the online form.

June 1 – Marching band fee is due.
