On Friday evening the Band of Gold will present a community concert on Memorial Drive. It will take place in the parking lot in front of Big Sandy (1858 N. Memorial Drive)
Band members should arrive to between 5:15 PM and 5:30 PM in our warm up jacket uniform (see below).
5:00 PM – Front Ensemble / Field Commanders Arrive to Unload and Set Up
5:30 PM – Warm Up
6:00 PM – Concert Begins
6:45 PM – Concert Concludes, Load Equipment
7:00 PM – Band is dismissed once equipment is put away

Important Information for Band Members and Families
– The Band Boosters will be holding a bake sale during the concert. If families are able to donate baked goods, please drop them off when dropping off your student. Candy bars and Roosters cards will also be available. If you have any questions, please contact Jenny Sargent, Band Boosters Fundraising Chair.
– Our performance will be outdoors and open to the public. There is plenty of space in the parking lots to watch the performance. Family members should bring lawn chairs.
– Remember that we are guests of the local businesses. Please be respectful of these establishments and their customers.
