Contest at Marietta (September 30, 2023)

10:00 AM – Band Room Opens for Extra Practice and Cleaning Instruments
11:30 AM – Full Band Rehearsal (Practice Field)
2:00 PM – Load Equipment
2:15 PM – Change into Uniforms
3:00 PM – Meet in Auditorium for Announcements
3:15 PM – Load Buses
3:30 PM – Depart for Marietta Don Drumm Stadium
5:45 PM – Arrive at Marietta Don Drumm Stadium, Unload
6:10 PM – Eat Packed Dinner

8:45 PM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE TIME!!!
10:00 PM – Awards
10:40 PM – Depart Marietta
12:30 AM – Arrive at Lancaster HS
12:35 AM – Band is dismissed once the band room is cleaned (approximate time)

Students wanting to ride back with a parent may do so if they turn in a written note or email by Thursday. Students must see their bus chaperone before leaving. Anyone riding home with a parent must find a responsible friend to hang up their uniform and put away their hat at LHS.
