The invitational is less than two weeks away (October 21 at Fulton Field) and we still have a large number of volunteer spots to be filled. The times are divided into 2 or 3 hour slots to make it easy for anyone to donate time.
Volunteers are still needed for preparation and teardown, ticketing at the gates, parking, gatekeepers between band performances, band check-in, water table attendees, 50/50 sales at the gate, bake sale monitors and concessions. Additionally, we are in need of item donations for the bake/snack sale.
This is an important event for the entire music department and our largest annual fundraiser, so everyone’s participation is vital and appreciated.
