11:30 AM – Rehearsal at Fulton Field
1:20 PM – Load Equipment
2:00 PM – Lunch (Provided by Band Boosters)
2:45 PM – Get on Uniforms
3:25 PM – Meet in Auditorium for Announcements
3:30 PM – Load Buses
3:40 PM – Depart LHS
6:15 PM – Arrive at Medina HS, Eat Packed Dinner
7:15 PM – Warm Up
8:15 PM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE!!!
8:45 PM – Presentation of Ratings
9:10 PM – Load Equipment
9:45 PM – Depart Medina HS
12:30 AM – Arrive at Lancaster HS
12:50 AM – Band is dismissed once the band room is clean (approximate time)

– We look forward to a big cheering section! Be sure to show your enthusiastic support as the band comes on the field, during big impacts of the show, after solos, and certainly at the end. The only thing we need to avoid would be air horns and noise makers. Also remember, if it’s cold, take off your gloves when applauding so we can hear you. We appreciate your support!
