All-County Band

The Fairfield County All-County Band will not be held in 2021. Information for participating members, parents, directors, and spectators will be found here once information is available.

2020 Schedule

Arrival / Drop-Off (Between 8:30-9:00am)

-Buses: If you are arriving via bus, please drop your kids off at the front of the building.  There is a bus-only lane for this.

-Cars:  All student cars should be parked in the large lot at the front of the HS along 22.  The lot is an auxiliary lot for sporting events and is mostly empty during school days.

-As students arrive, direct all of them to the auditorium.  The auditorium doors are front and center of the building, by the main office.


9:30 – HS rehearsal begins on stage.

9:30 – MS rehearsal begins in band room.


11:00 – MS breaks for Lunch until 12:00 PM, eat in band room

Students – Please bring a packed lunch.

12:00 – HS breaks for Lunch until 1:00 PM, eat in band room

Students – Please bring a packed lunch.

12:00 – MS rehearsal resumes on stage

1:00 – HS rehearsal resumes in band room.


5:00 – MS students break for Dinner

5:30 –  HS students break for Dinner

The Fairfield Union Music Boosters will have pizza and drinks for $5 per student. Please give your $5 to your director. The Fairfield Union Music Boosters will be planning for the number of students and directors based on rosters. If you are not planning on eating pizza, inform your director.


6:40 – MS students report to stage for warm-up and tune-up.

6:50 – HS students report to band room for warm-up

7:00 – Concert begins (New admission cost this year: Adults: $5.00, Seniors: $3.00, Students: $3.00, Veterans: $3.00)

Participant Parking

If your high school students are driving separately and need to park, ask for them to use the large lot in front of the school right off 22.

Lunch and Dinner

Lunch should be packed. There will be a lunch break during the day.

Participants will need to bring $5 to cover pizza and a drink for dinner.

Inclement Weather Plan

We will continue on our original date if…

  • Fairfield Union is delayed
  • If any other county schools are delayed

We will move the event to the following Wednesday if one or more of the following occurs…

  • Fairfield Union is closed on the original date
  • If more than one participating county school is closed on the original date

If one or more participating school is closed on the following Wednesday, the event will be cancelled and will not occur this year.
