WELCOME LANCASTER BAND ALUMNI!
For nearly a century, the Lancaster High School Band has been an integral part of our school district and community. Out of respect for this important heritage, the current directors and students want to encourage all of you to connect with us once again. Band alumni of all ages are invited to register below in order to stay informed with current band news, alumni events, and special projects.
As you begin to re-connect with the Lancaster band family, please spread the word to your fellow alumni. Thank you for your continued support of the Lancaster High School Band. We look forward to seeing you soon!
Benjamin E. Factor
Director of Bands,
Lancaster High School
All Lancaster High School Band alumni are encouraged to register in the form below. This includes those who would like to join us on September 8, and also those who cannot.
SEPTEMBER 8TH PERFORMANCE INFORMATION
The Lancaster Alumni Band will be making its first appearance in over thirty years this year at halftime of the September 8, 2017 football game. Be sure to register on the link above.
Parts are now available for Fight Song, Alma Mater, and Long Train. Guard routines will be posted at a later date. Keep checking back frequently.
REHEARSAL ON AUGUST 27
For those who are able, there is an optional rehearsal on Sunday, August 27 from 2-4pm. It will be held in the LHS band room. If you said you needed to borrow an instrument when you registered, an instrument will be ready for you. Clarinet and saxophone players should purchase your own reeds. If you want to memorize your music, that is fine. If not, you are welcome to purchase a flip folder and use that instead.
ALUMNI BAND T-SHIRT
On September 8, the Alumni Band will be wearing jeans and the shirt sold below. If you are not participating, you are encouraged to buy one too!
