Admission Cost
Tickets are $5 each. All tickets are pre-sale only. A link to purchase has been sent out by your school’s band director.
Parking
There is no cost to park.
Parking is available at Lancaster High School.
Adjudicator and handicapped parking can be found by the Maintenance Building off of East Fair Avenue.
Equipment vehicles and buses will also be parking off of Fair Avenue, near the south entrance of Fulton Field.

Assistance with Equipment
If you are in need of assistance with your equipment, please let us know at check in. We will have a trailer to assist you if needed.
Warm Up
Three warm up areas will be utilized in front of Fair Avenue. Water will be provided here and at the gate before performing.
When warming up, please face towards the road.
Power
Lancaster is an approved site for power. The electrical outlet is located on the 50 yard line underneath the home stands. There will be an extension cord readily available for your convenience.

A map of Fulton Field can be found below. This includes parking, directions on and off the field, and equipment traffic flow.
After the performance, bands will exit to their left and will walk behind the visitor bleachers.
Band Videos
Due to the high risk of potential copyright infringement, the Band of Gold Invitational will be unable to provide a director’s video at our contest. We will, however, provide a location in front of the press box for each bands’ designated videographer. Directors will receive one press box pass in their packet upon arrival.
First Aid
There will be medical personnel available near the stadium throughout the day.
Severe Weather Plan
In the event of severe weather, all bands will be assigned to rooms in an athletic building.
