Full Schedule with Warm Up Times
Buses should take Fair Avenue and turn on Arbor Valley Drive. Volunteers will direct your buses to park alongside Arbor Valley Drive on the right hand side of the road.
Band members will then walk a short distance across a foot bridge to your equipment vehicles.
Equipment parking will be in the parking lot at 901 E. Fair Avenue.
Directors can check-in at the foot bridge near bus parking. We will have your packet for you upon arrival.
Each band will have two band guides to assist you and answer any questions you may have.
A repair technician from CA House Music will be on-site for any of your instrument repair needs. He will be located near the warm up area.
Warm Up Areas
Due to some construction, we will only be able to provide two warm up areas this year. An additional 15-minute visual warm up can be made available upon request.
OMEA Guide for Parents (Pit Crew)
We are an approved site for electricity. There will be an extension cord on the 50 yard line for you to plug into.
Motorized vehicles unloading equipment for performance will need to exit the track and turn around in the grass by the scoreboard. Please do not turn around on the track.
Field Entrance and Exit
Band members and equipment will exit and enter through the double gate to the performer’s right.
Videos of your performance will be made for you OR you may have a designee video your performance from the second level of the press box.
SD cards are no longer needed at shows. Please review the email from JD Latorre regarding Competition Suite.
A map of Fulton Field can be found below. This includes parking, directions on and off the field, and equipment traffic flow.
There will be medical personnel available near the stadium throughout the day. Look for the first aid sign near the stadium restrooms.
