ABOUT
Mr. Schuetz holds a bachelor of music degree in music history and literature with a performance certificate from Ohio University, and a master of music degree in percussion performance from the University of Tennessee.
In addition to studying percussion under Guy Remonko, Roger Braun, F. Michael Combs, and Keith Brown, he has also studied tabla with Chandrajit Chartur Lal. Mr. Schuetz is the general music teacher for Thomas Ewing and the marching percussion instructor for the Lancaster Band of Gold.
Mr. Schuetz is a member of the Percussive Arts Society, the Ohio Music Educator Association and the National Association for Music Educators. Mr. Schuetz gratefully endorses products from Innovative Percussion, Majestic Percussion/Mapex Drums, Grover Pro Percussion and Sabian Cymbals.
