2017-2018 LHS Band Parents:
This week during class, your son/daughter will receive a packet of paperwork regarding next year’s band. Please be sure this envelope comes home as it contains important forms and information.
In this packet you will find the following forms:
- Student Information Card
- Emergency Medical Authorization Form
- Field Trip Form
- Parent Volunteer Information
- Uniform Information
- 2017-2018 Calendar of Events
- Band Camp Information
In addition to being included in the packet, these forms are also available under the “Downloads” section of the web site.
You should have already received information regarding band camp. If you did not receive this, please visit the band web site or pick up a copy in the high school band room. In order to reserve your spot in the marching band, be sure to send your first band camp payment by May 1.
There will be an important informational meeting on Monday, May 1st for all band parents. The meeting will begin at 7:00pm in the LHS cafeteria. Your prompt attention to these forms will assist the directors greatly in planning for next year. We ask that the first five forms listed above are turned in at the parent meeting.
