05.27.18 – Graduation

Symphonic Band:

Below is important information for this Sunday’s Graduation Ceremony.

Remember, to dress nicely – no jeans, t-shirts, or tennis shoes.

We will be loading music stands, percussion equipment, and all large instruments on Friday at the end of class. Everyone else should be sure to bring your instrument and music with you on Sunday.

There is a high chance of rain. Woodwinds should plan on bringing cases. If weather prevents the ceremony from being outdoors, the decision should be made around 10:00am. Please check the website and social media for updates before arriving.

1:00pm – Report Time. Dress nicely.
2:00pm – Graduation ceremony begins.
3:30pm – Ceremony concludes (approximate time)

If the ceremony gets moved indoors, it will be located in the LHS gymnasium. We would need everyone to help move equipment back to the band room afterwards if held indoors.
