OMEA State Marching Band Finals
11:00AM – Guard Sectional (meet in band room)
Lunch break for Guard
1:45PM – Percussion Warm Up at Fulton Field (ready to play)
2:30PM – Brass/Woodwinds Report to Fulton Field
2:45PM – Full Band Rehearsal at Fulton Field
4:45PM – Load equipment
5:00PM – Eat, Get on uniforms
Bring a sack lunch or have something brought to you at this time.
Saturday will be cold. Be sure to dress accordingly.
6:30PM – Meet in Auditorium for Announcements
6:35PM – Load Buses
6:45PM – Depart LHS
8:00PM – Arrive at Hilliard Bradley HS
8:45PM – Warm Up
9:45PM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE!!!
10:30PM – Presentation of Ratings
11:00PM – Load Buses
11:15PM – Depart Hilliard Bradley HS
12:15AM – Arrive at Lancaster HS, unload
12:30AM – Band is dismissed once the band room is clean

Upcoming Events
– The Band of Gold’s annual Marching Band Concert will be held on Thursday, November 1 in the High School Auditorium. Rehearsals will be held on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday as regularly scheduled. There will be an optional reception following.
– The Holiday Parade is on Saturday, November 17 with parade rehearsal on Wednesday of that week from 3-5pm.
