Dear Parents,

As we approach the last couple months of school, I wanted to remind you of a few important upcoming events. Remember that the official band calendar of events is always updated by accessing the band website and clicking on “Events.”

Tuesday, March 26th – Deadline for Purchasing Dinner Dance Tickets
Today is the last day to purchase dinner tickets for Saturday’s Dinner Dance. Those who do not want to purchase dinner may still attend. Donations will be accepted at the door.

Thursday, March 28th – Color Guard Tryouts
We have a RECORD number of students at clinics. We are looking forward to a fantastic group!

Friday, March 29th – Jazz Dinner Dance Dress Rehearsal
6-8pm at Mt. Pleasant Elementary

Saturday, March 30th – Jazz Band Dinner Dance
Mt. Pleasant Elementary. All are welcome. Doors open at 7:00pm. Dinner will be served at 7:30pm.

Monday, April 1st – Raising Cane’s Restaurant Proceed Day
11am-8pm. Flyers are available in the band room or on social media. Spread the word!

Monday, April 1st – Band Booster Meeting
7pm in the LHS Band Room. This is great time for new parents to get involved.

Monday, April 8th – Band Parent Meeting
This is the annual band parent meeting. 7pm in the LHS cafeteria. Parents of any student  participating in the LHS band program next year should plan on attending.
