6:10pm Concert Band Warm Up
6:50pm CONCERT BAND PERFORMANCE
7:25pm Concert Band Sight-Reading
7:45pm Symphonic Band Warm Up
8:20pm SYMPHONIC BAND PERFORMANCE
8:55pm Symphonic Band Sight Reading
9:20pm Load Equipment
9:45pm Depart Hilliard Darby HS
10:45pm Arrive to LHS, Unload
11:15pm Band is dismissed once everything is unloaded and put away
Announcements and Reminders for the Week
– Friends and family members should be reminded that photography, video, or audio recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during indoor OMEA performances.
– We will not be eating in the cafeteria at Hilliard Darby. Both bands should pack food accordingly. There will be extra time in the itinerary for each band to eat. (This saves a lot of time in an already tight schedule).
– If you would like to ride home with a parent, please submit a written note or email to Mr. Factor by Thursday.
