We are very excited for the opportunity to make even more progress next week at band camp. The band members had an incredible first week together!
Please note that we have adjusted the dismissal times next week. Band members were told about this last week.
From Monday through Thursday we will practice from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.
Friday is a little different. The arrival time will be the same, as will lunch. The band will have pizza in the late afternoon, followed by a parent preview performance at 6:00 pm. This will take place in the back of Thomas Ewing, on the hill. Bring a lawn chair if you’d like. There should be plenty of space to socially distance. Parents may park either in the front or back parking lot.
Our staggered arrival and dismissal times will still be utilized this week. This help greatly in order to keep everyone spaced out. Check the previous post for those times.
The seniors have planned our usual spirit day themes. Everyone is encouraged to participate. Check social media for what each day will be.
Band members should be reminded to bring a lunch each day, a large water container, and sunscreen. If not done already, be sure to have a three-ring binder with plastic sleeves for music.
