OMEA State Marching Band Finals
6:30 AM – Guard Report Time
7:30 AM – Visual Warm Up in Gymnasium
8:10 AM – Watch video in Auditorium
8:30 AM – Get on uniforms
Saturday may be cold and rainy. Be sure to dress accordingly.
9:10 AM – Meet in Auditorium for Announcements
9:20 AM – Load Buses
9:30 AM – Depart LHS
10:45 AM – Arrive at Hilliard Bradley HS
Bring a sack lunch or snacks to eat at this time, if you need to. There will also be time to visit concessions after our performance.
11:45 AM – Warm Up
12:45 PM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE!!!
1:10 PM – Visit Concessions
1:45 PM – Presentation of Ratings
2:10 PM – Load Equipment
2:45 PM – Depart Hilliard Bradley HS
4:00 PM – Arrive at Lancaster HS, unload
4:30 PM – Band is dismissed once the band room is clean
