After a two year hiatus due to the pandemic, the Lancaster High School Symphonic Band returned to adjudicated events earlier this month. On Friday, March 11, the band performed at the Ohio Music Education Association District XV Large Group Adjudicated Event where the band was rated the highest rating of “Superior” by all three adjudicators. This rating qualifies the band for participation at OMEA State Finals in April.
Symphonic Band will make its state-level appearance at Gahanna Lincoln High School on April 22 or 23. More information will be made available closer to the event.
