Here is the itinerary for Friday’s Community Concert at Primrose Retirement Community (1481 Wesley Way, Lancaster, OH 43130).
Band members should arrive to between 5:00 PM and 5:15 PM in summer uniforms. Meet in the back of the main parking lot at Primrose Retirement Community. Look for the band trailer.
5:00 PM – Front Ensemble / Field Commanders Arrive to Unload and Set Up
5:15 PM – Warm Up
5:35 PM – Report to Parade Block
6:00 PM – Concert Begins
6:45 PM – Concert Concludes, Load Equipment

Important Information for Band Members and Families
– There will be no restrooms available for band members or families. Please plan accordingly.
– Our performance will be outdoors and open to the public. There is plenty of grass on either side of the Primrose parking lot. Family members should bring lawn chairs or a blanket.
– Remember that we are guests of the Primrose residents. Please be respectful of the residents and their other planned activities.
Where to Park
– There are two doctors’ offices that are open for parking (Addresses are 1532 Wesley Way and 1554 Wesley Way). Parking is somewhat limited, so please carpool if possible. This is a very short walk across to the Primrose parking lot.
