12:00 PM – Band Room Opens for Extra Practice and Cleaning Instruments
1:00 PM – Full Band Rehearsal (on the practice field)
3:00 PM – Load Equipment (at the practice field)
3:20 PM – Change into Uniforms
4:05 PM – Meet in Auditorium for Announcements
4:20 PM – Load Buses
4:35 PM- Depart for Logan Elm HS
5:35 PM – Arrive at Logan Elm HS, Unload
5:45 PM – Eat Packed Dinner

8:45 PM – Awards
9:25 PM – Depart Logan Elm HS
10:10 PM – Arrive at Lancaster HS
10:25 PM – Band is dismissed once the band room is cleaned (approximate time)

Students wanting to ride back with a parent may do so if they turn in a written note or email by Friday. Students must see their bus chaperone before leaving. Anyone riding home with a parent must find a responsible friend to hang up their uniform and put away their hat at LHS.
