11:35 AM – Arrive at Canal Winchester HS, Unload
11:50 AM – Eat Packed Lunch
12:50 PM – Warm Up
1:45 PM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE TIME!!!
2:45 PM – Depart Canal Winchester HS
3:55 PM – Arrive at Dillon State Park, Picnic Dinner (Provided by Band Boosters)
5:55 PM – Depart Dillon State Park
6:15 PM – Arrive at Zanesville High School, Unload
7:00 PM – Warm Up
8:00 PM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE TIME!!!
9:00 PM – Awards
10:00 PM – Depart Zanesville High School
11:10 PM – Arrive at Lancaster HS
11:25 PM – Band is dismissed once the band room is cleaned (approximate time)

Reminders
– If you would like to ride home with a parent after a game or contest, please be sure to check the following guidelines:
Parents must submit a written request at least 24 hours prior to departure. Notification on the day of the trip cannot be accepted. The student and parent must check out before leaving. There will be an assigned chaperone or staff member near the buses for this purpose.
