8:00 AM – Report Time (watch Friday’s halftime video in band room)
8:25 AM – Change into Uniforms
8:45 AM – Meet in Auditorium for Announcements
8:50 AM – Load Buses
9:00 AM – Depart for Newark White Field
For those parents traveling to the Newark performance, please note that the stadium is NOT at Newark High School. The address is:

9:45 AM – Arrive at Newark White Field, Unload
10:30 AM – Warm Up
11:15 AM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE TIME!!!
11:40 AM – Load Equipment
12:10 PM – Depart Newark
12:55 PM – Buses Drop Off Band at Fulton Field
1:00 PM – Eat Packed Lunch, Unload Equipment
1:30 PM – Short Rehearsal at Fulton Field
2:15 PM – Walk Back to LHS, Change Out of Uniforms
3:00 PM – Band members may leave at this time or go to Fulton Field to help out. The Band Room and Auditorium will be locked until 7:15 PM.
Between 4:00-6:00 PM, all band members may visit the concession stand to receive a complimentary sandwich and drink. The competition begins at 5:00 PM.
7:30 PM – Band members meet in LHS auditorium to get on uniforms
8:20 PM – Meet in Maintenance parking lot for Warm Up
9:30 PM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE!!!
9:45 PM – Awards Ceremony (seniors stay on track to present trophies)
10:10 PM – Load Equipment on Truck and Trailer (including props)
10:25 PM – Walk back to LHS, Change Out of Uniforms (LHS auditorium)
10:40 PM – Band is dismissed after uniforms are off and facilities are cleaned (approximate time)
