Symphonic Band:
Below is important information for this Saturday’s Graduation Ceremony.
Remember, to dress nicely – no jeans, t-shirts, or tennis shoes.
We will be loading music stands, percussion equipment, and all large instruments on Friday at the end of our exam. Everyone else should be sure to bring your instrument and music with you on Saturday.
There is a chance of rain. Woodwinds should plan on bringing cases. If weather prevents the ceremony from being outdoors, there will be an update on the band website and social media by 8:00am. Please check the website and social media for updates before arriving.
You probably won’t be able to park very close, so plan on enough time to get dropped off or park, and walk to Fulton Field before 9:00am.
9:00am – Report Time (Fulton Field). Dress nicely.
10:00am – Graduation ceremony begins.
11:30am – Ceremony concludes (approximate time)
If the ceremony gets moved indoors, it will be located in the LHS gymnasium. We would need everyone to help move equipment back to the band room afterwards if held indoors.
