Medication and Health Information
Medication Collection Dates
In preparation for Band Camp, a Lancaster City Schools medical assistant will be collecting medications on Tuesday 7/16 and Tuesday 7/23 from 5:30pm to 7:00pm in the auditorium hallway near the band room. Please be sure to have the correct forms filled out before arriving.
All current district forms can be found on the band website under the “downloads” menu.
