Band members will have two opportunities to eat – after both performances. You may pack enough for both, eat at concessions twice, or one of each. This is up to each band member to plan.
7:30am – Band Room Opens
7:45am – Percussion, Guard Report Time
8:15am – Rehearsal on Practice Field
9:00am – Load Equipment
9:15am – Get On Uniforms
9:45am – Depart LHS
10:50am – Arrive at Athens, Unload
11:30am – Warm Up
12:30pm – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE!
1:00pm – Eat outside buses or at concessions
1:45pm – Awards Ceremony
2:15pm – Depart Athens
3:15pm – Arrive at LHS
