4:00PM – Rehearsal on the Practice Field
4:40PM – Load Equipment
4:45PM – Change into Uniforms
Do not leave the school during this time. Get ready quickly.
5:15PM – Meet in Auditorium for Announcements
5:20PM – Load Buses
5:30PM – Depart LHS for Reynoldsburg
6:20PM – Arrive at Reynoldsburg, Unload
7:00PM – Kick-Off
8:00PM – Halftime Performance (approximate time)
9:15PM – Game concludes (approximate time)
9:45PM – Depart Reynoldsburg (approximate time)
10:35PM – Arrive at LHS, unload equipment (approximate time)
