Tomorrow starts our two weeks at Thomas Ewing Junior High School. It is a beautiful new facility that will allow us the flexibility to have plenty of outdoor practice space, and large air-conditioned indoor areas if needed.
Here are some important reminders for the week.

Music in a 3-ring binder with plastic sleeves
Clothespins
Pencil
Phone (especially to check in)
Large water container
Packed lunch that doesn’t need refrigerated
What to Wear
Comfortable light colored clothes
Tennis shoes and socks
Hat and sunscreen
Face mask
When and Where to Arrive
Everyone will enter the doors near the gym in the back parking lot (off of Sheridan Drive). The check-in sign will be located there. Go in the doors to the cafeteria to store your belongings.
Arrival times will be staggered. If you are unable to arrive at this exact time, it’s ok, but this will help us avoid big groups all at once.
8:50am – Seniors
9:05am – Freshmen
9:10am – Sophomores
9:15am – Juniors
Dismissal Times
We will also dismiss in staggered times.
2:30pm – Freshmen
2:35pm – Sophomores
2:40pm – Juniors
2:45pm – Seniors
