As you are all aware, Saturday is our band invitational. This event takes numerous volunteers. We are very much appreciative for all of you and the time that you are giving up to make this a wonderful event!
In gratitude for all of you, we are inviting invitational volunteers to watch the band perform a final run through at the end of Friday’s rehearsal.
Band members will be rehearsing at our practice field from 3:30-6:00 PM. At 6:00 PM, all volunteers are welcome to meet there to watch the band.
If any volunteers have questions about Saturday, invitational committee members will be there to answer them.
