OMEA State Marching Band Finals
8:00 AM – Report Time, Set Up / Warm Up
8:15 AM – Rehearsal on Practice Field
10:20 AM – Load Equipment
11:00 AM – Lunch (Provided by Band Boosters)
11:45 AM – Get on Uniforms
12:15 PM – Meet in Auditorium for Announcements
12:20 PM – Load Buses
12:30 PM – Depart LHS
3:15 PM – Arrive at Medina HS
4:15 PM – Warm Up
5:15 PM – BAND OF GOLD PERFORMANCE!!!
5:45 PM – Presentation of Ratings
6:10 PM – Load Equipment, Eat Packed Dinner
6:45 PM – Depart Medina HS
9:30 PM – Arrive at Lancaster HS
9:50 PM – Band is dismissed once the band room is clean (approximate time)

_____ Shorts and T-Shirt (with sleeves) to wear underneath uniform

– We look forward to a big cheering section! Be sure to show your enthusiastic support as the band comes on the field, during big impacts of the show, after solos, and certainly at the end. The only thing we need to avoid would be air horns and noise makers.
