Concession Volunteers Needed – Friday and Saturday!

Band parents, alumni, and supporters,

Thank you to everyone who has already volunteered in the concession booth this football season. Volunteers are still needed for the concession booth for this Friday’s football game on September 16th. Volunteers need to be there between 6:00 and 6:30pm. If you cannot come until later, please let us know. Please contact Tera Valentine at t_valentine@lancaster.k12.oh.us if you are available to volunteer for this game. She needs to know in advance to put you on the list so that you can get into the game for free. Please also bring a ball cap to wear while volunteering.

Volunteers are also still needed for the concession booth during the Invitational on Saturday, September 17th. The gates will open at 3:00 and the first band will play at 5:00. Any amount of time you can volunteer would be appreciated, whether it is all day or just a few hours. Anyone who volunteers will get into the Invitational for free and receive a free meal. Your help will be greatly appreciated. Please contact Tera Valentine to volunteer for the Invitational at t_valentine@lancaster.k12.oh.us .
